Article Processing Charge (APC) – Effective 2026
Starting in 2026, accepted manuscripts will be subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainability of editorial management, peer review, DOI registration, and digital archiving.
The APC amount will be communicated to authors after acceptance and does not influence the review process.

Fee waivers may be granted for manuscripts with significant scholarly contributions, subject to the Editorial Board’s discretion
