URGENSI PENERAPAN TEORI INDUKTIVIS DALAM MEMAHAMI AL QUR’AN (STUDI AYAT-AYAT BERMAKNA MENEPATI JANJI)

Abstract
Nowadays, philosophical sciences have been widely applied to religious sciences. One of them is the research that will be carried out, which tries to understand the verses of the Qur'an using inductivist theory. The method used is descriptive-analytical, by presenting data taken directly from the Qur'an and interpretations adapted to the Indonesian context, in this case the Tafsir Al Azhar and Tafsir Al Mishbah. Then, from the presentation of the verse, a common thread will be drawn that connects one verse to another. The result obtained is that the promise is divided into two, a promise to God and a promise to others. This promise is a form of reflection of a person's faith. Because by making a promise to humans in the name of Allah, he has actually made a promise to Allah. If he denies it, then he is denying Allah. This denial is greatly hated by Allah. All forms of promises will be accountable in the afterlife and whoever breaks them will face the wrath of Allah.
