PENGARUH FINANCIAL ANXIETY DAN ISLAMIC FINANCIAL LITERACY TERHADAP ISLAMIC FINANCIAL WELL-BEING PADA ASN IAIN BONE DENGAN MENTAL BUDGETING SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji keterkaitan Financial Anxiety dan Islamic Financial Literacy dengan Islamic Financial Well-Being serta menguji peran Mental Budgeting dalam hubungan tersebut pada ASN IAIN Bone. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional dan melibatkan 177 responden dari total 361 ASN yang dipilih secara proportionate random sampling. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Financial Anxiety berhubungan negatif dengan Islamic Financial Well-Being, sedangkan Islamic Financial Literacy dan Mental Budgeting memberikan pengaruh positif. Mental Budgeting tidak terbukti mengubah pengaruh Financial Anxiety maupun Islamic Financial Literacy terhadap Islamic Financial Well-Being. Model penelitian memiliki nilai R² sebesar 0,440, yang berarti mampu menjelaskan 44,0% variasi Islamic Financial Well-Being. Hasil tersebut menegaskan pentingnya penguatan literasi keuangan syariah, pembentukan kebiasaan penganggaran yang baik, dan pengelolaan kecemasan finansial sebagai bagian dari upaya mewujudkan kesejahteraan keuangan sesuai prinsip maqasid al-syari‘ah.
